Root Port stock ICS browser?

We have an ICS themed one courtesy of ktb and curtis, otherwise I have no idea. My best bet is running a search on XDA to see if it's possible, or checking the Play Store to see if there's already a backport available.
 
ICS Browser uses the ICS actionbar stuff in the java, so if you're going to port it then you may have to edit the java to use actionbarsherlock instead.
