Help Portal id?

My son is trying to register for the premier program and it's asking for a portal id number?

It the v.I.p. program for Grace periods on your bill and special offers.

Still don't really know what that is. I don't think we get grace periods on bills here (China). And only premier programs I've actually used myself is hotels.

Could be worth contacting them, find out what they need or if there's a problem.

Is this a carrier program from Boost Mobile?

If you are asking about the Boost Mobile premier program, I believe the Portal ID is for a Boost employee to enter.

I found this page that looks like it's for employees asking for the "Sales Portal ID" through some searching:

I also found what looks like the customer version of that page where it doesn't ask for the portal ID, this might work for you:
