Hello,
I recently took on repairing a cracked screen for the first time on a black my touch 3g slide. Here's the problem, as I was putting the phone back together, I noticed a small tear in the ribbon almost near where you snap it into the mother board. I dicided to brush it off being it was tiny. Charged up, the phone wont turn on, not even the buttons. The phone light (in the upper right corner where it indicates a red, orange, or green light) indicates a charge is happening. So, do you think it's from the ribbon?
