After much frustration resizing photos to 960x800, changing resolution, downloading apps that didn't work, reading over and over again about "how the green box can be resized," etc etc etc....I may have a solution for some. It worked for my EVO???
Resizing the pic has worked, but making it larger was the key for my phone. Open the pic in a photo editor (ie: photoshop) and simply resize it to:
1952 x 3264
After I placed it back into my 100media folder, selected it and chose to set as wallpaper...magically the "green box" expands over the entire image without losing any part of the image.
Try it out...???
