Help Possible Gallery Issue?

So I am having trouble uploading pictures from my Gallery when Using my Web Browser. Ive tried using the stock browser, chrome and dolphin browser and it still doesnt let me upload pictures to like facebook or craigslist. It gives me the option to upload pics from my gallery but when I click the picture the web page just reloads and does not upload my picture. Ive even had problems changing my icon pics on IM's, it does the same thing.
Anyone know what might be the problem?

Hello Rolk. Have you tried uploading via the social networking site's app, such as the Facebook app from Play Store, etc?
