They don't have a choice on whether or not to release it with "mainly 3G" or not. They don't have enough trucks or towers to turn the United States into a 4G mecca in the next 5 years. By then, the T-Bolt would be as outdated as an 1998 flip-phone.

I hope soon means "in a few weeks", and not "by the end of 2011", as the CTO said...
