Here's a pic of the Droid 3. It has a Chrome looking bezel around the top and and some kind of sensor or light on the top right corner when in the verticle position.

The picture I posted above (in the original post) doesn't appear to have a chrome bezel and appears to have the front facing camera next to the ear speaker.

Now I'm not sayhing that for sure the pic I posted of the Bionic is really a bionic. I'm just saying it might be. Here's where I found it....

I think it is 4.3. 4.5 was just a rumor and some people in the know seem to think it will be 4.3. Guess we will find out hopefully in a few weeks since many are saying it will launch july 28th.
