If your having a sleep issue and are familiar with ADB, run this if your phone isn't sleeping...
C:\>adb shell dumpsys power
On the botton, you'll see this -
mLocks.size=1:
PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK 'WifiService' activated (minState=0)
I search google and found this submitted bug:
I'm working on a wakelock app now, but its not ready... basically, it'll give you the process name then the activated and released locks (4,3). I'm fairly sure the mmc_delayed_work is related to the WiFi lock.

If you can perform this ADB step, please post back your results!
