Help Possible screw up by me and so much needed help

Thanks for all the help guys, but one quick question when moving a zip file to sd on my phone do I need to extract it first or just send it still packed?
 
The md5 files from xda are for Odin

Why are you going back? Did you download the rom and kernel?
