me and my wife are getting the new note and i could only order grey online on the at&t site would it be possible to exchange one of the grey for a white my wife prefers the white?
Right now AT&T only offers the Gray one with no ETA on a Marble White. If they offer the white one, you can exchange it only if it is within 30 days of you activating the 1st phone (they basically cancel the upgrade and redo it with a white one). HOWEVER since AT&T has not announced plans to offer the white one, it will go past the 30 day window if they do. So if you really want a white one, you will need to wait to upgrade or see if someone is willing to exchange you down the line
Not sure, probably because everyone else (Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular & T-Mobile all have White) I know kinda stupid. Well you could get the phone. Cancel within the 30 days; get it again, cancel again, and keep doing that until the white one hits AT&T...
The only thing I found was that AT&T said that a "marble white" version could be available in the coming weeks; but we all know that AT&T has no real concept of time.
