Root possible to update while rooted?

Basically what it says, have this new update and I'm not sure if I want to apply to my rooted phone.

After rooting you should NEVER take any ota's, at the least it will fail or possibly break your ability to get root. Usually within a day or two the community will repackage the update into a flashable zip with the bothersome bits removed.

Thanks, that's what I remember with my DX - kept refusing GB....even though I wanted it, had a nice miui ROM at the time. Thanks though, I assumed id at least loose root, and yeah xda I'm sure is already busy working with a leak or picking apart the OTA
