Help Post-Factory Reset data loss - AKNotePad

I had to do a Factory Reset and, in the process, lost all of the notes in AKNote pad and Astrid. The good news is most of what I lost is still in my BB Storm, and I'll recover by re-typing everything. The question is what notepad and To-Do list tools back up into Google (as opposed to adding yet another backup operator)?

I use ak notepad. It has an option for backup of notes. Export notes to sd card, reset phone, import notes from sd card.

Doh... Export to SD; Import from SD... sure enough, there it is. I won't make that mistake twice. Thanks for the heads up.

Believe it or not I found it after my first reset too. I was pretty peeved after realizing what I did (and didn't) do. So don't worry, you're not the first.
