I'm very impressed so far with att 4G network. I've been getting some screaming speeds and great coverage here in Phoenix. Almost if not better than being on wifi.

after a 45 minute wait for the only 2 Best Buy reps in the mobile dept. helping 2 people, i finally bought my Note. Told the woman i want the Note in black, same exact plan I'm on now, no protection plans and no need to transfer anything. I was actually done before the guy in front of me was done with his contact transfers to his new iPhone.
After seeing my bro's Skyrocket screen and how it was nowhere near as nice as the iPhone Retina screen I was a little worried about the Note. I can honestly say that after a couple hours with the Note...i don't miss the Retina screen at all...it looks that great.
I do notice a little lag when typing sometimes though. Other than that, smooth as buttah.

Haha what the skyrocket screen is way better than the iPhone....I came from an iPhone 4 and that screen is garbage

Skyrocket: 4.5" screen with 800x480 resolution
iPhone 4/4s: 3.5" screen with 960x640 resolution
It's pretty clear that the iPhone's "retina" screen has a higher PPI than the Skyrocket's, so in terms of resolution it is in fact better.

I respect your opinion guys...i just feel the iPhone 4's screen looks sharper/brighter than the Skyrocket's screen...that's all. My bro was the main user of the iPhone 4 and he noticed right away with images and stuff that while its nice, it wasn't as sharp as images on his iPHone.

So far I have been very happy with it accept for some minor glitches while typing. Keys will get stuck and some random characters will start typing. Otherwise its been nice.

Swype is installed if you're having issues with the samsung keyboard
Picked mine up this morning from the AT&T Store. returned my skyrocket for the galaxy note. The plus side is that the galaxy note fits in the Otto Box! Loving the extra real estate. also out of the box galaxy note got 6100+ antutu score vs 5500+ on the galaxy skyrocket. but with the TPC rom and overclocked to 1.83ghz the skyrocket received 7500+ antutu score.

I used the swype for the first time today. I was impressed. With practice that could be a gem.

Traded my lg nitro hd for one yesterday afternoon and I am extremely satisfied with it. This is the perfect sized device.

Oh yeah you will pick it up very quick, hunting and pecking feels very foreign to me now.
I was in the same boat as you and I decided to return the Note and keep using my iPhone 4. Just my opinion but I think the iPhone is much easier to use, probably because I am used to using one since the iPhone 3gs. I just have to much invested in my iPhone with the apps and accessories it's hard to make the switch plus I didn't like android to much. I know if I had used android for a few years I would have kept the Note easily.
Hope everyone keeps enjoying there Notes and it works for you.

For music I just copied my music folder content over to a "music" folder on my SD card for my Note. The "music" app picked them up just fine.
There may be a better way to do it I'm sure.
Have not figured movies out although not sure I like how color is handled on the note. At least in Netflix white seems tinted with blue/green.

You can do what Bubbameat said which is the simplest way, but you can also upload all of your music to Google Music, or use Winamp to sync wirelessly. I use DoubleTwist and sync wirelessly, but that costs a couple bucks for the app, or I use Google Music Importer to import Google Music tracks to use in PowerAmp. There's a lot of fun options here

I hate to say that I think its just too big and bulky as a daily phone. Lazing around its great but trying to text on the go and all that...its kind of annoying. I'm trying to love it but its tough. I love the screen size but at the same time I'm not digging the overall size.
I think my iPhone 4 got maybe double the battery life. What do you think? I could get a good day and half 2 days on my iPhone 4 and on the Note maybe part of a day 12 hours, unplug in morning and have to plug in before bed.

Just got home from best buy with this BEAST!!! Its HUGE but not too big to me. I liked AT&Ts online set up for the phone. Just tested on LTE and got 27 down and 13 up. That will work for me. Can't wait to dive further into this beast! !!

Mine gets the same as my Iphone4. I guess since the note is new, you use it much more in the beginning and that could account for the battery life.
