Yes, once installed I believe it's suppose to delete the file. When someone gets the update notification they should say install later, grab the file from the SD CARD. Then they can just go to the twiz settings>>Software Update and it will start updating.
 
The install later is there. It gives you time increments then asks again if you are ready or you can wait again...if my memory from 2 hours ago serves correct...haha! I just got so excited.

Yep and still no update ... I've been neglecting my Mytouch because of this doggone update, I wish it would hurry up and come so i can switch my sim card back.
 
I believe I can tell a difference in the battery already. Been on here, FB and youtube since update. Battery would have been tankin before. Now only down 1 'bar'. I dont knpow what percent I was at after a 1 hour charge but It was not a full battery. Just enough to get installer to work. Or it's wishful thinking...whichever you prefer! :-)

I'm not that touchy really. Just saw a great chance to poke fun at behold_this after all "he's" ? been through on the forum lately. Told you I was here to learn...I've been reading everything!
 
thugjedi91 - Interesting thought. First, take a deep breath. ;-)

I would think it would be like voicemail or messages that show when the phone is turned back on. But I am not an expert.
 
if im on a call and the screen auto times off, it will flash on for a second, and then off. then on again and off.

is that proximity sensor or what?
