Root Post ROM change weirdities

Not sure CM7 Reloaded is giving me any better battery life, but I'm not getting spontaneous reboots any more, so that's an improvement.

A few things I haven't been able to figure out yet:

Still don't know where to put startup/shutdown sound files.

Can't get e-mail to stop polling (I prefer the GMail app). When I tried deleting my account info from the Email app, the phone apparently put it back. I've tried clearing account info again, let's hope it takes this time.

Gallery crashes every time I try to use it to select one of my photos as wallpaper, and I don't know how else to accomplish that function.

Still having trouble syncing Titanium to Google Drive.

I use QuickPic for my gallery.

It's gone. Thanks. Seems like a waste of time and battery to have two e-mail apps both checking the same account, and I do prefer the GMail app. :)

I thought I was going to have to figure out putting a digital stake through its apk or something. ;)
