Hi,

Ive rooted my DHD with not too much difficulty in the end and then did the S-Off. Now on my SD card i still have the Visionary tool and a part7backup bin file, do I need to keep these?

Also it was locked to Orange but it now accepts my Voda sim however it says no signal but ive never had a problem with my signal in my Desire. Should i be worried?

hi there, not sure on the neccessity of the above files.

as for your voda sim having no signal, rooting doesnt affect the brand it is locked to, heck even flashing only debrands it, and doesnt remove the sim lock.

I hope your kidding , when i used the S-Off tool it def said sim unlock.

Unfortunately i'm not my friend, S-Off disables the bootloaders security, and has NOTHING to do with simlocks.

Its ok panic over, tried the sim card again today and it not does accept my new sim card .
