The clock is simply called 'analog clock' from market (MJDEV). It has a gradated grey face and white hands for you to identify.

The text icons are made by me and included on the Wallpaper.
I'll update in the next 10 minutes.

Yes, Tre they do.
They are custom icons I made to replace the launcher Pro icons.
If you are rather referring to the balancing balls, they work as shortcuts applied with desktop visualiser with a transparent image placed on top of the wallpaper.

Close, but not quite.

It's done entirely using Minimalistic Text Widget, the only icons I'm using are modded icons for SMS Unread Count on the left, then there's Circle Battery Widget under those.

All the text is done using the "static text" option in the layout editor for Minimalistic Text Widget.

Also, I'm using LPP as my launcher and have swipe gestures enabled to open the app drawer, then I just made all the shortcuts "blank" through LPP on the dock.

The grey wallpaper was originally blue. I can make it any shade you want but am away from my notebook till friday.
