I have a rooted moment but my screenshots comeout black when using screenshot apps. I'm running joeys 1.9.1. So far I have tried screenshot, shootme, and picme.

Are there any free droid apps for screenshot which don't require rooting?

found one on google but the download link was a failure.

Using Open Home with the Dark Hero theme on my rooted Samsung BH2.

List of main/favorite apps installed:

-Lock2.0
-Weather Widgets
-Swype
-Handcent
-Google My Tracks & My Maps (amazing for backpacking/mtn biking)
-Pandora
-SportsTap
-Wallpaper Set and Save
-OI File Manager
-AutoKiller

I can't get the screenshot prog to work for the Eris :(. I've downloaded Java/Android SDK but every time I try to run ddms, a black box/window pops up for a split second then disappears

You may have to add a path variable :

* * On Windows, right-click on My Computer, and select Properties. Under the Advanced tab, hit the Environment Variables button, and in the dialog that comes up, double-click on Path (under System Variables). Add the full path to the tools/ directory to the path.

Example: ;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_18\bin

Also one pointing to where the tools folder in sdk is located.

Example: ;C:\Users\PFE\Desktop\android-sdk-windows\tools

(Still getting the hang of image sizes, click on it to see a bigger version)

I'm using open home, Using the Buuf brown theme with a different wallpaper, a mixture of steampunk/buuf icons, and the Betad font from font pack 3. The icons on the left and right of my middle screen are from the Buuf set, for launcher dock. The clock is from the beautiful widgets set, steampunk theme. The Twitter widget is the Twidroid one, the calendar widget is pure calendar.
Can you tell I've FINALLY got my phone looking the way I want it to? Almost.
