I know Ive been out of the loop for a bit. Real life intervened lol. Heres what Im rolling with right now though. Usual stuff...PlayerPro modded by me, wallpapers modded by me, minimalistic text, advanced clock widget and fancy weather.

after messing with the new launcher all day, this is what I finally settled with.

now im trying to figure out how i could change the background of my lockscreen with the pattern lock, anyone know an app that'll let me do this?
You don't need an app for that. Just go to the gallery, select a pic and select set as lockscreen wallpaper

Are you guys perhaps talking about how to customize the lockscreen? That's done with a few apps, WidgetLocker being the most popular (and probably most versatile). I got lost on the pattern lock description myself

I think he just wants to change the lockscreen wallpaper. I know on Samsung's Touchwiz you can do this from the gallery.

The pattern lock from the stock lockscreens. He isnt using an app. He just wants a different wallpaper.
On a Samsung, you go to Gallery>open a picture>menu>more>set as>lockscren wallpaper.
If the above does not appear on yours, try this:
Menu>Settings>Display>Wallpapers>Lockscreen Wallpaper>Gallery>Select picture.

(not my phone, but this is what I use)
Doing that only brings up "Set as Contact Icon" and "Set as Wallpaper"
It worked till the end of the red. Under my display settings there is no option called Wallpapers.
I would use an app for my lockscreen but the problem I have with that is I would either get the original lockscreen or both lockscreens at the same time.
I think he just wants to change the lockscreen wallpaper. I know on Samsung's Touchwiz you can do this from the gallery.
Since you got the Galaxy S2 then maybe that's a feature for Touchwiz 4.0? Because the Galaxy S has Touchwiz 3.0
