Yes, I took the Metro square icons by artukas613 and janneman22 from the XDA forums and added a white background and depth.
The originals can be found here: XDA-forums
I'll try and make a complete set, but I'm going to be busy over the next few days.
So in the mean time, here's my blank that I've been using. It's in Photoshop PSD form in order to retain the ability to paste an icon into the template without showing any un-embossed pixels.
I've just been going through the MetroSquare, making a white layer behind icon and merging visible layers.
I'm not sure what level of image editing skills anyone has, but I'm just throwing this out there for anyone who wants to make any customs them self.

Check the first post in this thread, there's a guide. It's not too difficult. Only downside is you must hook up your EVO via usb to your PC if you don't have root.

All of them are in market except for the music mod, search xda for that one. It's normally preloaded on roms eg. Cannon eclair
Also added a dark wood theme

and second, what app are you using to display those 3 shortcuts on those screens? (gmail, camera, internet, etc.)

I thin he did it with LockBot Pro, I tried it and was able to get it just like it

And you can customize theme of Lock 2.0..
