What launcher/theme is this? i've seen variations posted but no word on what it entails installing--i like it--sorta like a mix of Pocket PC's 'Today' screen with a ton of Android in it as well

Its actually the Ubu2 Ubuntu theme but I changed a few things around and changed the wallpaper to a Nexus background.
