You don't need root, just use bettercut. The icon set is "devine icons" and can be found @ devianart.

App is called "Widget Locker". It allows you to place widgets and shortcuts to your lock-screen and be functional. Also lets you change the slider to android, HTC sense, or iphone styles. Its a kick butt app.

Oh yeah...it allows you to use the notification bar in the lock-screen too which is very nice and usefull.

Yep LauncherPro

With the wallpaper you'll have to disable 'wallpaper scrolling' with LauncherPro.

Here's mine! I'm using aHome full version. I think its worth paying for

left screen

center/main screen

right screen

that weird bar in the leftmost part of the picture is really irritating. I'm sure it's all aHome's fault. >:/
