Mine is pretty basic I have yet to see CM for the S5 stable and that's what I want to use. So I combined Xblast and Nova settings to create personalization that I like.

Looks Familiar, I use the same plus I use Red Theme SwiftKey Keyboard and Droid Theme to highlight all my app icons red and I use Super Status bar with a transparent back ground and customize in more red and black.
