Haha, no worries. I didn't know anything about it at first..
Go here, Java SE Downloads - Sun Developer Network (SDN)
Download the JDK and install that.
After you're done installing that, go Android SDK | Android Developers
and download the SDK for whatever Platform you have and Install that.
Then follow this YouTube - How to Screen Capture your Android Phone?
By the way I've tried this on windows 7 and windows Vista and for some reason it doesn't seem to work. Works perfect on XP however.

I'm running windows 7 64bit too, I was forced to install windows xp virtually in order for this to work. For some odd reason I couldn't install the proper drivers on windows 7, they would install on its own.

ShootMe is what I used, it works quite well. Free on the android market, for rooted users.

It's called "ToDo List Widget" and it's free on the market. And yes, you can check off items on the widget itself, as well as change the background (although there are a limited amount of backgrounds) and change the font colors.

Nick, you have to upload your image to an image hosting site like Photobucket, and post that IMG link. Not a link directly from your computer
