Rotating screen app (never ending candy) for 4 screens.
Circle Widget (squares/circles icons on home screen for contacts, media, tools, frequent apps).

Apex launcher with Photo wall live wallpaper using zedge wallpapers. Only 1 home screen and 2 dock rows. I use the folders and SwipePad to get around. Keeps everything clean, simple and quick.

I think those are metro station. And you need a different launcher to change them and you just press and hold an app and a menu will pop up for it you press the picture it has and another menue will pop up and you choose icon pack and then the icon pack you want to get the icon from.

Thanks.... That means that i cannot do it with the stock launcher right??? Need to have GO, Apex or Nova????

What font are you using please?
 
Here's mine.
Running Zeam launcher with 1 homescreen.

Homemade wallpaper

2 x UCCW for the clock widget and the quick launch widget (bottom 4).
All parts of the widgets have hotspots (launch info below):
Clock - clock
Date area - calendar
Calls/Text/Gmail counts - respective app
Chrome icon - google search
Music - poweramp
Podcast - Doggcatcher
Reader - Flipboard
Settings - self explanatory
App drawer button - self explanatory

No, you can change icons with TouchWiz by using the ICON CHANGER app from the Play Store. It works well for me. Won't have all the bells and whistles of a launcher (e.g. changing number of columns or rows, etc) but it changes ICONS just fine. And it can load up any icons from other icon packs (ADW, Go, etc) if you've loaded any of those paks onto your phone.

For me it was simpler than trying to navigate a new launcher as I am fine with the 'Wiz in general.
