You'd either have to use Photobucket or from your computer, use a photo editor

I personally use photo bucket among others, but your photo editor on your computer should do too

That's not the lockscreen ^_^ that's the home screen.

I'm using a new launcher called buzz launcher, it's amazing! I advise you guys to check it out if you haven't already. Even though they have tons of themed out home screens, I still rather have a simple look.

It is obvious that there are particular apps that everyone will swear by.........BUT........I have used this app ever since my Droid X days and it works 100% for me. It allows you to choose a picture for each screen or one for all screens, scrolling or not...... etc.
It is called MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. It does NOT use up your battery
