the app is bettercut well worth paying for.
as for the icons i got them off deviantart.com
market - Shopping bag icon - WD1 by *LazyCrazy on deviantART
browser - Earth Icon - 512x512 by ~PsychOut on deviantART
messaging - iChat Replacement by ~Sekkyumu on deviantART
(the icon that says messaging is really handcent sms, i just changed the icon and text using bettercut)

what calendar widget is that?

It's Pure Calendar (it's very useful in that it integrates with google cal so my entries also get pushed to the google cal widget on my desktop. =) Plus, skinnable. ) They cost a few dollars but really add functionality in my opinion.

I also use pure calendar grid, because I like the classic calendar layout

Obviously Home++, background I got from some program simply called "Backgrounds", icons edited with Bettercut and Glasklart Icon Pack.

Go into Home++ preferences, and screen preferences, and choose how many you want.
