For the theme you just search the play store for jellybean cm7. It was the first result when I just searched for it.

For temp in status bar get 1weather, it even alterts you if there is a severe weather warning in your area... It was my favorite, and the widget is nice too, if you want to have one.

Looking good guys\gals. Curious, is everyone using UCCW for the homescreen clock\date? Also Radiance\Zerosedev have temps in top status bar? I want! pretty please
EZ Weather HD Forecast Free is gorgeous. That's the one I use for the temps. Their widget is delicious too.
