Mine is a bit "stock like" TBH. However I like it and it is Nova Launcher with Wanam mods to status bar (It won't change the alarm clock and other white icons to blue which is annoying, it just doesn't work). Zoopla clock and date widget with colour set the same as Wanam mods, + white. The wallpaper I can't remember and the icons, I'll have a look if you really want me to.
