OK....I cheated. I'm using Homepack Buzz launcher which has a community of people posting their home screens.

The beauty of this is you download the theme(s) you want and if there's nothing showing in an icon you click it and it'll ask if you want to go to the play store to download the missing app or widget. Notice in the 2nd pic I left on of the icons as is to show what I'm talking about.

There are SO many home screens to choose from but right now this is my functional favorite.
