"Beautiful Battery Disc" is the app name, you can choose big or small widget five different colors, click it for options/info, but don't ask me if you want white he has "Beautiful Battery Disc White".
the developer Thalion also has:
"Brightness Level Disc" and "Digital Clock Disc Widget" so you can somewhat share the same theme together. Brightness level disc is cool because you have 5 different levels at your fingertips; no buttons highlighted or all four.

You have to use apk manger and extract system.ui so you can change the images inside, I have a thread that all you have to do is download system.ui and push to system/app
