El Presidente

Beware The Milky Pirate!
If there's a thread showcasing pics taken with the camera already, I can't find it.

Can folks post some of the shots they've taken with the camera? I'm due my upgrade in a month and if the camera on this is as good as they say, I'll pick this up over the M9 or Z3+.

Here are some I've taken so far.

It's been a while since I've done anything other than accept the "auto" settings on a cameraphone so some of these are a little over exposed, but on the whole I think the camera and colour reproduction (in particular) is fantastic.

I've a day to myself tomorrow :)D) and @EarlyMon speaks very highly of FreeDCam so if the weather is nice I'll see what I can do with that.

In auto, I can take the camera out of my pocket and have a decent shot lined up in seconds (which is important when you're trying to take pictures of kids).

just got a g4. although i sent it back and ordered the international unlocked version. so i'll get it this week.

Anyways, here is the first pic i took after my jog (edited in Snapseed).

Here's an automatic shot I took of IBM Somers. I used the digital zoom, but it doesn't show.

Here's one, also using auto settings, of Reverend Charlie. Notice how the bright stained glass windows behind him are overexposed so that his face is properly exposed. Most cameras botch this.

Finally, here's another auto shot taken using the Panorama feature. This was in Sedona.
(It was too big to upload to this forum, so here's a link to full res picture on Google Drive.)

@ND63319 were you just using auto on all those pics? Particularly the night sky, tried taking a pic of the stars last night and all I could get was a black screen.
