Some great looking home screens on here. I've found that I change my home screen just about every day. I think I have a problem.
This one has better quality.

Beautiful Widgets. It's an app on the Play Store. The clock skin is named "Vanilla ICS". I'm using the super clock.

Nope. Actually it's very battery friendly. I believe it's the top paid widget on Google play.

Doesn't even show up in battery stats with gps weather enabled

Nope. To be honest with you I've never seen it under battery stats on my MAXX or back when I had a droid X.

Battery was way down today from not only heavy use but a 2+ hour webex

Make sure you post a screen shot! Screen capture is power and vol down for a second or two, don't hold it down for longer than that, as that is the "power reset" option if held down for much longer!
