Post your screens...

We'll be lucky to get the 8th seed this year. Our goaltending is atrocious. Thanks though, especially with your help today.

Hey man, I was trying to download the BlackAero theme you shared...

I'm also running Zephi 14.3...

I downloaded the .zip file for the theme (v2.6) from the SDK website... and followed the instructions:

- boot into recovery mode
- clear davik cache
- upload zip file from sd card
- reboot

(the instructions from the wiki webpage have you repeat the steps...?)

Anyway, my phone is stuck on the colorsplash boot up screen (some sort of rainbow colors visualization splash screen). It's been doing that for awhile now...

Any thoughts? Help is MUCH appreciate!

The glass theme is a custom one that was made for 1.6 and up. The guy who created it ported it for me to 1.5. The theme is in the theme section title glass for gde. Contact the creator and ask if he'll release it for ya. You'll see my post in the thread. There's also a wow and raiders one but only the glass was ported. I would link it but I won't be on a pc till tomorrow. If you wanna wait ill get you his name in the morning.

@ Wingz...

I've been looking for that "Right 3" email widget, whats the name again??

PS - What did you end up using for your screen grab tool? PicMe?

The right 3 widget is pure messenger widget. I ended up getting the sdk package to work and used ddms in the tools directory to take my screens. All the market screenshot apps gave me blank pictures. Still don't know why

Cool... I have the instructions on how to use ddms bookmarked somewhere, I'll probably just go that route.

Thanks again for the help.

How to take screenshots of your Android based phone from Windows – Simple Help

You may have to add a path variable if your running a windows 64bit Operating System:

* * On Windows, right-click on My Computer, and select Properties. Under the Advanced tab, hit the Environment Variables button, and in the dialog that comes up, double-click on Path (under System Variables). Add the full path to the tools/ directory to the path.

Example: ;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_18\bin

Also one pointing to where the tools folder in sdk is located.

Example: ;C:\Users\PFE\Desktop\android-sdk-windows\tools

nice - is that just a picture frame on the 4th screen (with the different color android guys) or is that something else?

That's a little "Simon" game widget. You can either load the game or play it directly on screen. Kinda fun time waster. The name is mem. Now linked for your pleasure.

Here are mine everybody. Sorry the pics are taken with a camera, but you get the idea:

Using Blackaero 2.6 w/ glass Orb icons, Beautiful Widgets, HAL 9000 wallpaper (need to fix the scaling somehow), SpeedDialer, and a few others. SetCPU needed a refresh that I missed (now set at 800/400 not 800/66). Pretty much what I've been doing at work with my downtime. Screen 3 (first image) is my main screen.

Edit: "The Dimension limits for this filetype are 620 x 280. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 320 x 480." What the hell? Guess I'll imageshack them.

Jennn, what is that widget called that lets you have the have the four functions under one dot (the orange and blue ones? Thanks.

It's called Launcher Dock by Bratag. You can use any of the icon packs from Better Android to change the icon on the home page but all the original icons will be used once you launch it. It can hold up to 8 apps/contacts per dock.

Love this widget as it keeps my home pages nice, clean and clutter free. Plus the widget and icon packs are free.

It works on all the home replacements.

Lately I've been using this on GDE home replacement and it's a bit tricky to get it to work so let me know if you need help with that.

I must admit I am surprised at the popularity of the giant clock widget from BW on peoples' home screens. It covers up the wallpaper and there is already a clock in the notification bar. What am I missing? :)

Easier to quickly see the time as well as temperature.
