I've had my Transformer for five days or so, so I haven't done a lot of customizing. Here's my screenshot!
Work stuff to the left (calendar, to do list), and fun stuff to the right (Pandora, Bible, etc.).

Here is mine. It's Nova Launcher (allowing up to 7 home screens and allowing to edit shortcut names like Google Play into Market

The analog clock is "Analog clock collection", the "Home" label is from "Amazing text widget" and the player is "Music for pad - phone".
