they have quite a bit of room in the calves too so they are completely adjustable!!! i didnt think they'd go all the way up to my knees though!

My problem with black shoes is that they make the bottom part white or tan. I want a complete black sneaker that isn't ugly. Lol. I hate wearing flats to begin with so it's torture finding something I like.

I'm pretty confident they have the same style for women. Those are the Nike Air Max+.
