i haven't seen an 'official' post your wall thread, so here we go!
mods, feel free to move or merge this thread if necessary. i'll start this off with some wallpapers i've been using that really look good on my Samsung Captivate. enjoy!

Probably because the concept isn't device-specific. That's why the Android Apps boards aren't separated per device either.

Some cool ones there but I pulled up a bunch and they've all been 576x480. Sure you did that right?

I never saw that at first because I was opening it in a new tab, which only showed a smaller version. Ha, thanks.

I'm browsing this topic with my cappy and when I long press one of the images and choose set as wallpaper it looks great, but when I save the image to my phone and then set it as wallpaper it looks like shit. What gives?

i apologize if my question is unrelated to the thread but how did you get the number percentage of the battery life in the notification area? also the the date (monday/25th)?

The date is from Date in Tray (app):

There's nice extended info the notification pulldown.

The percentage is from my current ROM (Cognition [Froyo] 2.2).

Seriously, this, is a great place to start.

For those unaware, if you see something you like on Google Images, follow the "website for this image" link at the top right after clicking the thumbnail. There's usually more images you can use there and links to even more if you like to snoop.

I know that is common sense to some- I'm hoping it helps the few that wouldn't have thought of it that way.

I just spent the past few days collecting 960x800 wallpapers the same way.

are u sure ur dling the original pic and not the thumbnail image?

That looks like 3G Watchdog. It tracks your data usage.

I'm with you...the little extra bit of image quality makes it worth it for me though. There may even be better one available- I haven't looked.

Thanks...Guess I don't need it with unlimited usage. I thought it was a different signal strength meter.

Edit - Now this would be cool if it tracked texting in the notification bar.
