Help Potential Bug: All my videos were deleted.

On Saturday night I recorded a few video clips with my TB. I watched them on Sunday, and wanted to watch them again today. They are no longer on my phone, and I know for sure that I didn't delete them. I don't know how this happened.

Has this happened to anyone else? If you have any important videos that you don't want to lose, you may want to back them up to be safe.

Similar problem here...my video I recorded doesn't show up in the gallery...It only shows up by opening back up the recorder and accessing it there...

Of course it doesn't matter at this point...you can't hear the video I recorded anyway due to the bug issue with the sound recording on video's...can anyone tell us how to make sure HTC is aware of the sound bug and is working on a fix before the 14 day return period is up?

Weird......i have recorded few vidoes on Thu, watched them few times, and they are still on my phone.....with audio, pretty much good ones....

Same thing just happened to me. I recorded videos and took pictures on Saturday night and now it says i don't have any videos or pictures on file at all. Is this just a glitch or is the phone actively deleting pictures that we've taken?

Edit: Ok I completely shut down the phone completely (no fast boot) and restarted, allowing the phone to provision the sd card. and that seems to have fixed the problem for me. Hope this helps for anyone else with this problem.

I have noticed a couple of my photos have been deleted. And a couple of photos that I edited in the gallery and saved have also disapeared. Could this be an issue with the sd card?

Ok update... I just took a test picture and then rebooted to see if it would disapear. Not only was it still there, but all the pics that I had taken that had disapeared were back. lol... no idea what is going on but it looks like something weird with the SD card.

My son freaked earlier today, told me all the pictures he sideloaded from his computer were gone. He showed me his gallery, and up in the top right was a very subtle Wait-Busy type of spinning circle animation. After about a minute of cranking through about 600 pictures, all his dragged and dropped photo folders that showed fine right after he dumped them on the phone the first time were all visible again.

Seems that the Gallery app needs to think about your pictures on SD sometimes. Even though most of us immediately recognize a system busy spinning animation, this one is really dim and low contrast, you may not notice it right away.
