Help Potential (major!) Daylight Saving Time issue

I live in Arizona, and we don't observe DST. On my computer, all my Google calendar appointments from tomorrow on have the correct time and my calendar time zone is set to Arizona.

On my device, everything tomorrow onward has been shifted ahead one hour, as if DST should be affecting my appointments. This is a MAJOR problem. I hope it fixes itself.

No issue on PST to PDT... Seattle here...

I fixed the issue by de-selecting "Automatic" from the Date and Time settings on the Moment. I guess the network is telling the phone I am in MST (true) but not in MST-Arizona ("more" true). I manually selected the "Arizona" time zone and now all is well.

My locale is set to auto, my network time is correct but my clock/weather widget shows -3 hours (Pacific) time. Manually setting time zone has no effect. Going to try rebooting.
