Help Power button and HTC lettering

Hi everyone-

I've had my Incredible since last May, and it's been a fantastic phone! I absolutely love it. Unfortunately though, since July I've noticed that my power/lock button doesn't exactly suppress anymore when I press it. It still works, and the button is still raised from the phone like it should be, but when I press the button it feels like I'm pressing a piece of plastic that squishes in and doesn't very obviously "click" like it used to.

That's just one of my issues...The second is that earlier today I noticed that part of the "T" in the HTC lettering on the back of my phone was starting to peel off. I pushed it back on, and it hasn't started to come back off since. I've read about other people having this issue, but I'm curious if anyone has had success getting a replacement phone as a result of these defects? It still works just fine, but they really do seem like defects to me and I'd prefer to have a flawless phone :)

I'm on my second phone. The first was returned due to the power button getting that mushy/sunk in feeling as you described.

I talked to someone on the phone to get my replacement and the guy mentioned he's heard about it once or twice before. Had my new phone 2 days later.

They "might" replace the cover too.. I'm not sure about that one. I want to try and get a new cover to see if it fixes the case squeek when you grab it in certain spots. I tried to put paper between the battery and cover to fix it and it only helped it slightly

Okay, cool. That might be what I'll end up doing. If I get a replacement because of the button though, wouldn't that mean I get a new back cover as well?
