I have the box checked to end calls when I hit the power button but it never does. Suggestions?

Did you disable your lock screen? Meaning do you have lock screen set to none? I did that a few weeks ago and it disabled the power button hang up feature.

Nope I still have a lock screen. Oddly, the power button locking the lockscreen works fine, go figure.

Tried rebooting? I have had some strange issues which were resolved with a reboot. I'm out of ideas, I hope someone can help you more, sorry I wasn't much help.

FWIW end call with power button has never worked for me, lock screen or not. I just passed it as LG wonkiness.

Reboot as in power off then back on? I'm still kind of a noob.

I don't have this option on my Motion, not did I on my Optimus M. Are you guys installing an app that ads this feature?
Edit: nvm, I know where it's at.

No I'm a noob when it comes to smartphones since the motion is my very first one. I just used a computer term when I said reboot, yes I meant powering off then back on. It tends to reset things and can sometimes fix some problems. However, it probably won't fix your issue but it never hurts to try.
