power consumption increase on automatic brightness

has anyone noticed a drastic increase in power consumption when u put on autmatic brightness instead of a low brightness level?

Dude, that's totally normal. Auto brightness sets the screen to adapt to the ambient light. If you are in a dark place (eg. in a basement) - the phone lowers the brightness of the screen. If you are in direct sunlight - it puts the screen to max brightness.

I would love to see you trying to do something on a Legend with low brightness level in direct sunlight.
