Power management widget, what is this icon?

hi, im new to the desire, on the power management widget can someone tell me what the 2nd from the right icon is please, i know the others are, from the left, wifi, bluetooth, gps, "something" and brightness, what is the "something" cheers

Its for syncing information.For instance if you have the clock/weather widget on automatic update every hour,it wont do it if this is off.
