Help Power-on sometimes doesn't work

I'm one of those who shuts his phone down overnight, usually leaving it on the charger. 9 times out of 10 or more, I can then just hold the power button in for a couple of seconds, feel a short vibration, and the phone boots up.

But once in a while it doesn't seem to want to come up. Usually after several tries holding the button in it eventually starts up OK, but the other day it just seemed dead. I pulled the battery and reinstalled it and all was good again.

One slight issue is that I have an Otterbox Commuter case and the feel of the button is not great -- hard to tell if it's really pushed in all the way. But then I've never had it seem to not work during normal use -- only when trying to bring it up from a shut-down state.

Anyone else had problems like this?

I have found that just continuing to hold the button down usually solves this. Sometimes it takes as long as 10 seconds.
