Help Power On

After installing Gingerbread update, 2.3.3, my Droid X powers up by itself. This is after normal powering down sequence. The phone is definitely off, but powers up again by itself. Installed update on two identical phones but only one powers up by itself.

Once the phone is up and running, and you turn off the screen, does it also come back on showing the unlock screen on its own?

If it does then likely your power button is either being pressed by your case(if you have one) or there's something internally defective beneath it.

If it's not turning on the screen then something weird is going on.
