Help Power setting for keeping phone on while plugged in?

Had to do a hard re-set after trouble with the 2.31 software update.

Where do you go to change the power so the phone screen stays on while plugged in?
I've gone to Sound & Display and only see the option for Screen Timeout of either various seconds / minutes or never.
I know I had previoulsy found where I could change so the screen stayed on (it dimmed, but stayed on) while plugged in.
