Power Widget Question

[The_Chief]

I have searched and cannot find an answer to what is likely a very simple question:

On the power widget, there is a button, second from the right, that looks like a refresh symbol. What does it do, exactly?

I know the others are wifi, bluetooth, GPS and auto-brightness... but that 4th one stumps me. Thanks
