Help powered off, battery charge meter

someone mentioned this a while back about my rom missing a couple of images in the battery meter that shows when the phone is off and charging

well, i can't for the life of me figure out why this is so

so, i need for someone who has all their frames showing on this battery meter while the phone is off to upload both their boot.img and their recovery.img

i think it has to do with the recovery.img but i'm not sure.

so please get these uploaded if it applies to you

i figured out what controls this

it's the splash.img

return back to the stock splash to fix

oem splash.img


push the file to /sdcard

then

adb shell
su
flash_image splash /sdcard/oe-splash.img

power off, plug in, and verify all four images post in sequence.
