Help Pre installed Scan Question

There is a installed app just called Scan that I was curious if anyone has used or knows who the makers are so I can research it. Any help would be great

mobiletag Hit the Properties (middle left red button at the bottom) -> More -> Help.
That app is fun!! I downloaded it for my tablet too.
Amazon has a similar app that scans stuff too

Thanks. I was reading in an app mag about some of the better ones but wasnt sure if that was it or not. Sounds like a different company from the one I read up on. Same name though but made by QRCodeCity? That one claims to not use social connections or store a bunch of info in the phone. I'll give them both a spin I guess. Thanks again
