I'm up for it. Might as well put the Hero through all it's paces before our 30 days are up.

That's one of the things that sold me on the Hero, the full Google integration. I use everything Google.

what's cool is it shows which of your contacts are on android phones - it has a little 'droid icon!lol


and, with gtalk you can update your status and its all integrated really well

quite impressive




oh - other forms of keeping in touch... flicker, facebook and twitter (duh! how did i forget!)

I like loopt over latitude. It's great if you're out traveling around to let people know where you are and see the sights you see via pictures.

I do that now, I give out the Google Voice number if the person isn't on my contact list they have to announce themselves. When I answer it get "You have a call from SDscorch." Then I can choose whether to answer or ignore.

I even put my GV number as one of my pick 5.

Sprint gave me pick 5 before any cell number was out. So I have all my landline friends and my GVoice number on my lists. I'm lucky if I use 60 minutes a month.
